They were all busy from the sunrise till late and night. At the same time they had to have a good presence, personally and together, so they all had to dress according to the code and current demands. That was not easy with all their workload. Gerlost, the Orchestra Director decided to hire a personal shopper. His duties were to keep an eye on the trends, the repertoire, geographical locations for scheduled concerts, and personal styles and preferences of each and every musician. He had to visit fashion shows, watch galas, celebrations, banquets and fundraisers, so he could dress them all in accordance with each situation. He had to develop an eye for a group picture, as well. His shopping list was always long. His passion was art and studying it. At the same time, he had to dress himself in a manner that suggested his position. Because of his complicated duties, he had to add craft to his interests.
